| Exterior Painting
We want to help you make your home look its best. We utilize the following steps to ensure a high quality paint job.
Powerwash
All surfaces to be painted will be thoroughly pressure-washed and cleaned. This step removes pollutants and dirt, helping new paint to adhere to the surface. Mildew will be treated and killed.
Scraping & Priming
We will prime all bare wood and metal to ensure proper adhesion of new paint. Loose paint will be scraped and removed.
Caulking
We will remove and replace loose caulking, giving special attention to windows and doors. We will fill open gaps with new caulking to prevent moisture from penetrating the surface.
Masking & Drops
We will protect all areas around the home with drop cloths or poly plastic. All windows, door knobs, and light fixtures will be masked off to prevent paint damage to these areas. Nearby vehicles will be moved or covered with car covers.
Application
We use only quality paints. Application will consist of spraying and/or brushing.
Cleanup
When we are finished painting, all drop cloths, tape, and debris will be removed. We will perform a walk thru inspection with you and leave you with touch-up paint for future needs.
